These terms govern the Verona website and any order you place with us. Verona is two houses, Capulet for women and Montague for men. By using the site or finishing checkout, you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. This is a working set of rules for a small shop, not a substitute for advice in every place we ship. If something here does not match how we actually behave, write us and we will correct the page.
Using the site
The site is for browsing, buying, and writing to the desk. You must be sixteen or older to create an account, place an order, leave a review, or post a comment. Do not misuse the shop. That includes false orders, spam, or trying to use an account that is not yours.
Accounts
An account is optional. You may check out as a guest. If you register, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. We may close an account used to abuse the shop, leave spam, or refuse payment.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy the pieces in your cart at the prices shown, plus tax and shipping for the address you give. We may refuse or cancel an order if a piece is gone, a price was listed in error, payment does not clear, or we cannot ship to you. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you.
Prices and availability
Prices are in United States dollars unless we say otherwise. Stock, colour, and size can change. Photographs are a fair picture of the cloth. Screens differ, so a colour on your monitor may not match the piece in hand.
Payment
Checkout is complete when our payment partner confirms the charge. We do not keep your card number on this site. Until payment clears, we do not have to ship.
Shipping
Shipping is added at checkout from the zones we publish. Delivery dates are estimates, not a promise of a particular morning. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, write the desk and we will work with the carrier.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are described on the returns page. Those rules form part of these terms.
Children's cloth
Pieces for girls and boys are sold to parents and other adults. The child who will wear the cloth is not the customer. We do not take orders from anyone we know to be under sixteen.
Reviews and comments
If you leave a review or a comment, you give Verona permission to show it on the site with the name you gave. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, or that belongs to someone else. We may edit or remove what fails that test. Staff notes on an order stay private.
Our marks
The horse, the house crests, photographs, and copy on this site belong to Verona or to people who have allowed us to use them. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the catalogue for another shop.
If something goes wrong
We are responsible for shipping what you bought and for handling a return as the returns page describes. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, or for a slight difference in colour from a photograph. Nothing here takes away rights the law of your place will not let you give up, including for a piece that is not as described or is unsafe.
Which law applies
These terms are written for a shop that sells from the United States. Consumer rules where you live may give you other rights, and those rights come first if they conflict with this page.
When this page changes
If we change these terms, we will date the new version here. Orders already placed follow the terms that were up on the day you paid.
